Setting & Attacking Camp

The Setting and Attacking Camp is open to athletes at all positions who want to develop and elevate their offensive game. Setters and hitters will train separately to focus on position-specific skill development, then come together to apply those skills in game-like, competitive settings for a complete offensive experience. Players can expect high-repetition instruction in small groups, emphasizing the fundamentals of setting and attacking. Setters will focus on footwork, hand positioning, tempo, location, and decision-making, while attackers will train in approach mechanics, arm swing efficiency, shot selection, and scoring in various situations. After focused position work, setters and hitters will be combined to build connection, timing, and offensive rhythm. Camps are open to both boys and girls, and boys should expect to play on a net set to women’s height.
